Refund policy

Returns: We are committed to delivering products in excellent condition. However, despite our best efforts, damage during transit may occur. In the event that you receive damaged items to an unacceptable level, please contact us at aurorasensss@gmail.com 

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 7 days. If we approve your refund, please note that banks may take up to 10 business days or more to transfer the funds into your account, and we have no control over these processing times.

Exceptions: Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
