Shipping policy

Processing Time

For in-stock products, orders will typically ship within 3 business days. For pre-order items, orders will ship within 21 business days of the estimated pre-order release date.

Shipping Rates

We currently only offer shipping to East Malaysia, West Malaysia, and Singapore. Estimated shipping costs are RM15 for East Malaysia, RM10 for West Malaysia, and RM90 for Singapore.

Estimated Receive Dates

For pre-order items, please allow additional processing time, we will ship out pre-order items as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. For regular purchase items, you can expect to receive them within 7 days of placing your order.
